Pete spearheaded the creative vision for Nike Global Football, overseeing a team of 30 designers covering apparel, graphics, 3D, materials, and color to craft cutting-edge performance and lifestyle products. Collaborating closely with the VP and GM of Nike Global Football and marketing partners, he steered strategic initiatives, conceptualization, and line planning. Pete's extensive travels to numerous factories across Asia were instrumental in curating seasonal collections and pioneering key innovations such as the revolutionary "fly" knit for apparel. His profound understanding of the game, coupled with deep insights and immersion in the football culture community, played a pivotal role in his work. His proudest achievement lay in guiding, empowering, and rallying his team through an unyielding schedule to deliver unparalleled products and narratives for the world's foremost brand and sport. Notable milestones under his leadership include Naija WC 2018, Women's World Cup 2019, PSG X Jordan brand, Nike FC and Nike X Liverpool collaborations.
